Information about the admissions and transition to another school for pupils with SEND:

Pupils with SEND can find change challenging, this includes when they move school. Whether pupils are starting school, moving from one school to another or they are moving on to secondary school, our SENDCo, Mrs Lucy Chapman will work with settings and families to develop a transition plan which can be beneficial for pupils with SEND as it ensures that Sutton staff or staff at the new school are fully informed of their needs.

Please see our Admissions and SEND Policies for further information about the admissions process for pupils with an EHCP.
